The last Q & A was a big hit, so let's try it again:

Q - Do you do private tours of your museum ?

A - YES - We can arrange a private tour for you or your group - even during "off" days and hours. Please call us at 863.471.2522 to schedule one, or E-Mail us at info@sebringhistoricalsociety.org.

Q - How come you don't do Lunch & Learn anymore ?

A - Stay tuned to this Facebook page. We may be bringing it back soon !

Q - You should do more promotion of your events. Not everyone is on Facebook.

A - You're right. We actually have an Instagram account, but it's dormant. We may bring it back to life later this summer. But we know that social media only reaches a small portion of our reach. Word-of-mouth is an excellent form of communication, and we thank you if you are telling your friends about what you read on here. We're also getting ready to do more promotion in the local newspaper(s) and on local radio.

Q - Is your Facebook page written by AI ?

A - No. It's written by one of our board members.

Q - You should start using QR codes.

A - YES. And we now have a QR code that - when scanned by your smart phone's camera - provides a link straight to this Facebook page. Look for it on our brochures, business cards, etc. Eventually we hope to use QR codes in our museum to identify items and exhibits on display. We'll write more about this technology in a future Facebook post.
