Q - Did you know that your old web site is still online ?

A - Yes - we know that. Don't look at it. Go to our new web site that's updated almost daily. It's at sebringhistoricalsociety.com. Add it to your Favorites. Create a shortcut for it.

Q - I want to renew my membership, but I don't want to enter my credit card number on your web site or pay extra processing fees. Can I still bring a check in to your office ?

A - Of course you can bring in a check. Most of us prefer doing that. And don't forget that basic memberships are now on sale for just $25 a year for up to 2 years. Make your check payable to Sebring Historical Society, and bring it in when we're open (Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10 AM to 1 PM).

Q - Is Bob Evans catering the next luncheon ?

A - Yes - all of the food will be provided by Bob Evans, and your Sebring Historical Society will provide various desserts. The cost is $15 per person, or $25 per couple. This is very important. If you plan to attend then please RSVP by calling our office at 863.471.2522 no later than Monday January 19TH 2026. You can also E-Mail us at info@sebringhistoricalsociety.org. We want to ensure that we purchase enough food at Bob Evans.

Q - Who is speaking at the next luncheon ?

A - We have a very ambitious program planned for our upcoming luncheon on Saturday January 24TH 2026 with an amazing and inspirational special guest speaker and joyful Praise + Worship music presented by Wings of Faith Christian Worship Center here in Sebring. Doors open at the Jack Stroup Civic Center at 11:30 AM, and we are expecting our biggest crowd in a few years, so we encourage you to get there early !

Q - Who is Lil' Rev ?

A - He is Marc Revenson - an award-winning multi-instrumentalist musician, storyteller, poet, author, and teacher. He plays the ukulele, harmonica, guitar, banjo, and mandolin. He tours the nation with about 125 concerts per year. He's on Facebook - Lil' Rev - and you can check him out at his web site at lilrev.com. You can also check him out - LIVE in concert - on Friday February 20TH 2026 at 7 PM at the Jack Stroup Civic Center. Tickets are $25 each, and you can purchase them in-person at our Archives Center or online at our new web site at sebringhistoricalsociety.com. (See our Upcoming Events section.)
