Companion/Personal Care Aide (male preferred)

Companion/Personal Care Aide (In Home Support) for client with disabilities, including blindness. Assist client with the activities of daily living and other duties as necessary. Duties include but are not limited to; accompany client to community and group activities, go for walks, exercise, attend meetings and other activities of daily living as needed.

Requirements:

• Application
• Level 2 Background Check
• Local Background Check
• Reliable transportation
• Be at least 18 years old
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Provide proof of automobile liability insurance which shall be a minimum of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per incident covering the vehicle in which the Consumer is transported
• Have and maintain a safe driving record as indicated by having no major traffic violations in the previous 3 years and having no more than 2 minor traffic violations in the previous five years.

20 hours per week - flexible schedule (hours will vary) -  $10.00 per hour
